The Parking Spot is the leading near-airport parking company with nearly 40 locations at over 20 airports, and is actively hiring Dispatchers. Our dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched timely to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport.
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Hours: 1. Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday and Tuesday 4:00PM – 12:00AM
2. Monday and Tuesday 12:00AM – 8:00AM

Key Responsibilities of Dispatcher/PGA:

Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
Dispatch shuttles and maintains ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
Ensure consistent service through proper movement of shuttles
Maintain neat and clean work area
Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals
Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
Assist and educate guests on TPS Spot Club Program and inquiries
Fill water cooler
Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Dispatchers:

High school education or equivalent
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred
Basic math and computer skills are essential
Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
