Position : District Maintenance Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Description : We have four jobs open! This is for Apartment Communities!

Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property managers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns
Works with building principals, technicians, and other key personnel to complete projects
Communicates with properties regarding job details, drives value-added services
Partners with Regional Director of Operations to develop ongoing, professional development for tenured/existing associates
Manage team of associates and contractors on scope of work performance and completion
Quality Assurance Checks; follows quality checklists to identify, process and correct defects discovered at work sites and communicate with management any escalated issues
OnBoarding new associates; ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on job training
Inventory: master control of all inventory in designated warehouses
Project Management; manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projects
Provide coverage for District Managers as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred. Can be a combination of academics and years experience in related field.
Bilingual in Spanish/English required
Minimum of 5-7 years of related leadership experience, budgeting, and reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay
