Position : Diver (SCUBA)

Job Description : Daily duties performed by the diver vary widely and are based within the dive shack, job site being inshore/jetty side and/or offshore on dive support vessels, in/out of the water and at times in collaboration with other dive partners/supervisors and contractors, dock masters, vessel captains, chief engineers and superintendents, surveyors and other appointed persons for specific jobs and tasks from time to time.

Advanced Open Water or equivalent
Rescue Diver or equivalent
Deep Diver or equivalent
Underwater Navigation
Underwater video and photo
Wreck diving
Night Diving
Search and Recovery
Self-Reliant Diver
Emergency and First Aid Responder (Diving)
Emergency Oxygen Provider (Diving)
Familiar and experienced with the use of: Pneumatic / hydraulic tool operation (wet or dry) / Percussion tool operation (wet or dry) / Saws and other cutting tools (wet or dry) / Crane rigging, slinging, and signalling (wet or dry) / Cavitation Cleaning Jet Units / Lifting bags and lifting appliances (chain blocks and come a long) / Hand tools and fasteners / Other tools used in diving operations
A high level of physical fitness to properly carry out his duties / tasks
Pass a Diver Medical assessment and Drug Tests by the Company appointed Physician
Certified in First Aid and CPR and other HSE Modules
Computer literate
Driving License
Report writing and presentation within specific timeframes and deadlines
