Position Information

DMI Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing software and high-level hardware support on Diagnostic Imaging’s Information systems and workstations under the guidance of the DMI System Administrator through daily system maintenance activities and support.

This is a corporate position with a home base at the General Campus.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

Information/Business Systems or Health Care related diploma;
Minimum 4 years experience in an Information Management environment;
Working knowledge of medical imaging processes;
Demonstrated knowledge of HIS and other hospital systems that interrelate with Diagnostic Imaging information systems;
Proficiency in Administrative software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation;
Excellent Customer Service, Project Management and interpersonal skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
Above-average ability to anticipate problems and react appropriately;
Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills;
Eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information/Business Systems or Health Care;
Experience working in a Diagnostic Imaging environment or equivalent healthcare related field;
Demonstrated teaching/training experience.
