Position : E-Commerce Manager
Job Description : ECOMM Accounts Lead: · Creating Content for new SKU listing (home décor) – > Description, Titles, Keywords, Photos.· Completing of Product Upload Templates (unique to each marketplace), for timely uploading/submission based upon company timelines.· Updating of obsolete Skus (based on company reports) in various marketplace portals.· Updating of inventory for live Skus for each portal.· General portal marketplace maintenance (checking for errors, messages, etc).· Managing Campaigns and Promotions effectively to drive sales volumes.· Developing clear strategy for team to build the sales for accounts.· Bi-weekly calls with Accounts to ensure our brand and company is known to each category manager.· Management of Amazon portals will be key to this role. Including creation of shipments to FBA warehouseECOMM Analysis: · Using tools (Helium) to investigate and track best-selling products within each marketplace.· Understanding the average selling price of each marketplace/consumer.· Researching products to add/domestically cater to relevant marketplaces.· Drive sku productivity for company across online platforms.· Understanding of online product costing and profitability.· Follow month over month performance within each account.· Competition Tracking & Analysis· Look for new tools to improve product analysis· Detailed product insights in terms of sell through/forecast/sales funnel.· Other duties as assigned.Must Haves:Solid Analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel (Pivots, Lookups, Consumer Trend Analysis).Minimum 2-3 years of prior working experience in Ecommerce environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.00-$25.00 per hourAdditional pay:Commission payBenefits:Dental careExtended health careSchedule:8 hour shiftWork remotely:No
