Position : EHN Outpatient Business-Operations Analyst
Job Description : Study, model and improve business processes related to customer acquisition, admissions, intake, discharge and customer satisfaction.Perform market research as needed to support the development of business expansion projects.Use analytic tools to better understand our business and allocate our resources more effectively.Assist the strategic plan, in areas such as business analytics, competitor analysis and economic modelling.In collaboration with EHN Outpatient Leadership, support improved operational efficiencies and clinical excellence through assessment of administrative, clinical and staff issues pertinent to a residential treatment program and outpatient services in keeping with community standards.In consultation /collaboration with Outpatient Leadership, help define and implement the organizational supports and structures required for the delivery of excellent patient care.In consultation /collaboration with Outpatient Leadership help develop and implement clinical services, functional and strategic plan for identified services and programs.Participate in the continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs across EHN-Canada which emphasizes the evaluation of services across the organization.Help streamline operations, ensure that administrative functions operate smoothlyWork with a cross functional teams (Outpatient, Marketing, Admissions) to establish growth strategies to support Outpatient Services’ performance goalsManage the day-to-day workflow of Outpatient projects, building key relationship with cross-functional teams, agency partners and supporting teams.Attend weekly marketing meetings to assess campaign progress, plan for resource allocation, and outline Outpatient needs.Create and manage Outpatient dashboards and census projectionSending out monthly Pulse Surveys; analyzing trendsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Do you have a degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field?Do you have experience in analytical problem-solving?Do you have experience in healthcare/mental health?Work remotely:Yes
