Our promise is to deliver a platform capable of achieving the world’s highest engagement rates.About the position: We’re looking for a strong email and social marketer to support our short-form content efforts – from building email campaigns with meaningful user journeys to refining our voice across social media. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with HubSpot workflows, ABM principles, campaigns, and marketing within the B2B SaaS space. You’ll report to our Director of Content Marketing and work with four talented content writers.You’ll craft personalized email campaigns that nurture and educate the audience, using our content and conversion points to build a thoughtful user journey that converts. We want this individual to understand the right content to send at the right time to impact the full life-cycle experience from prospect to customer. We also want this person to be a talented writer who can transform an idea or stack of content into a strong campaign.Key responsibilities:

Become an expert on the Whispir communications intelligence platform, our brand voice, and unique market position
Write, build, and manage various email campaigns (lead generation, lifecycle, general nurture), including template design, call-to-actions, content creation and performance analysis using Hubspot
Define and execute a global social media strategy that boosts brand strength, engagement, and traffic
Stay on the pulse of the latest email marketing and social media best practices to continuously refine and improve our results for better conversion and engagement
Execute alongside our greater campaign and content team to produce thoughtful and timely social posts + emails
Collaborate with marketing managers and key stakeholders to establish strategic email plans, develop and manage integrated campaigns across email and social, with targeted content that drives results
Create and manage trigger-based email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales/increase sales leads
Prepare short form content for a range of needs – email, social, landing pages, etc. and work alongside other content writers to exchange peer review and editing support on varied copy mediums
Oversee targeting and personalization strategies, utilizing informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions and content/messaging
Manage the planning, technical aspects, and day-to-day operations of key email marketing and marketing automation systems for user engagement and retention
Analyze, identify, and pull segmented lists based on demographics and past behaviors such as previous email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
Lead A/B testing, performance optimization, and campaign enhancement efforts
Proactively monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates/click-through/deliverability/ conversions/etc.) to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization
Set, plan, and implement social media posts, campaigns, and strategies
Monitor, track, and report on social media channel performance KPIs
Other assignments as needed

Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Skilled email and social marketer (3+ years’ experience required) LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
Experience using Hubspot and social media publishing tools
Strong writing + editing skills with a natural attention to detail
Working knowledge of Salesforce for list development and reporting
Highly analytical with a proven track record of developing and executing high performance email marketing campaigns
Excellent project management skills with a commitment to operational excellence and deadlines
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple email and social marketing projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment with a globally distributed team
Canva and design skills are a plus

Compensation:

Salary range: $75k-$85k USD
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
