Bozeman is a short drive and easily accessible by Skyline Bus.Moonlight Basin is currently seeking candidates for an Employee Housing Manager.Position: Employee Housing ManagerReports To: Schelly PlumbDepartment: General and AdministrativeThe purpose of the Employee Housing Manager is to oversee the Employee Housing Program offered to full time and seasonal employees of Moonlight Basin.Responsibilities Include:Oversee the Employee Housing inventory and overall program for Moonlight Basin Full time and Seasonal Employees.Work with employees regarding housing needs, roommate options, and cost for different units and ultimate placement.Administer an employee housing questionnaire to determine housing preferences.Assign housing units to incoming residents, accept deposits, ensure rent payments are applied to payrolland ensure required housing documents are signed prior to move-in.Execute sublease terminations in a timely mannerAnswer employee questions and explain the housing options.Employee housing liaison regarding housing repair and maintenance requiredCommunicate repair and maintenance needed to the appropriate property manager or maintenance department.Ensure maintenance is handled in a timely mannerInspect housing units before and after season to document repairs and maintenance required in off seasonCoordinate with Resident Assistants that bi-weekly room/condo checks are being completed in compliance with Employee Housing Sublease.Work with HR and Lone Mountain Land Company Property Manager to secure available housing for the current season and upcoming season as well as placements for any international employees (H2B and/or J-1’s).Communicate Housing availability with hiring managers on a regular basis.Position Requirements:High school diploma or GED1-2 years’ experience in working with employee housing programs either at a college or university, apartment rental complex, employer housing program or other relevant experienceHuman Resources experience preferredProperty management license and certification preferred.The position offered is a full-time, year- round position located in Big Sky, MT.Moonlight Basin offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401k program with company match, a free ski pass, outdoor activities to enjoy in the summer months, and a casual dress code.
