Job Description : Alarm Guard is the largest TELUS TRUSTED PROVIDER in Canada and is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people and information to increase home safety and peace of mind.Are you looking for an Internship or a permanent full-time position?We are hiring for our Field Sales and Marketing Team!Your responsibilities: Join our TELUS Promotions Team and travel to multiple locations in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, with transportation provided by the firm.Make a brief product presentation to homeowners/renters, then have your team leader address questions and complete the deal.Assist clients with their home automation and security needs and give advice.Present tailored solutions to our clients by being knowledgeable about the products, services, and promotional campaigns available.Lead and execute effective initiatives with confidence, ease, and precision to swiftly identify clients’ demands.As a member of our team, cultivate relationships with your coworkers in order to maintain a positive and inventive environment.Compensation: Performance-based, average of $600-$800 /week (based on the number of sales closed by your Team Leader) plus monthly cash incentives and bonuses.Requirements during the initial training period: Available to work for 4-5 days a week between 12:30 pm – 8:00 pmWilling to travel to different locations of Toronto/GTA along with a teamin the company’s vehicleConfident and pleasant personality with great communication skills.Fast learner and self motivatedNot afraid to meet and interact with new people regularly.Benefits: Training on Sales, marketing, negotiation and closing skillsOpportunity for rapid career growthTravel opportunitiesUncapped Bonus and incentivesFun and lively work cultureBrand new office space with indoor-sports facilities and gymJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus payCommission payBenefits:Casual dressCompany carOn-site gymOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Use of Masks & Sanitizers in place
