Position : Equipment/Warehouse Assistant
Job Description : We are looking for someone that works efficiently, is well organized, has good communicational skills and can operate with minimal supervision.
The Equipment/Warehouse Assistant will deliver and pick up requested items to and from job sites and vendors. They will be responsible for managing our equipment warehouse and the inventory items that are stored there. They will assist CSI executives and employees with any company vehicle or miscellaneous needs. This position will also oversee our job site stormwater program and assist the Equipment Manager with several responsibilities within the equipment department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver & pick-up items with stake bed truck or flatbed truck & trailer from job sites and vendors such as small heavy equipment, materials, inventory items, concrete blankets, etc.
Oversee inventory items with our asset management program such as small tools, personal protection equipment, safety items, fire extinguishers, heaters, signage, etc.
Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and inventory items stocked.
Assist with company vehicle loaners, maintenance, registrations, insurance, etc.
Perform monthly stormwater inspections on all Colorado job sites and communicate any issues to the job Superintendents.
Communicate with the Equipment Manager daily to plan out productive and efficient work schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position. In addition, obtaining a (CDL) commercial driver’s license would be required and experience with the Colorado construction site stormwater program would be a plus.
*There will be a mandatory drug screen and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
