Position : Excavator Operator/Manager/Laborer for Quarry
Job Description : Assists production and operations team in performing daily functions to produce and prepare product for sale, as well as clean and maintain property and equipment. Specific duties include operates 345L Excavator, 308 Excavator with Rotobec attachment, manage labor flow, assist with manual labor when needed, boxing/palletizing rock, greasing equipment, transporting product and cleaning/organizing the equipment and work areas. Must meet physical requirements, be hardworking, and able to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. Must be able to learn safety precautions, adapt to quickly changing work environments, learn by example, and use many tools. Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently. Must be able to work outside in all weather. Forklift, telehandler, and other heavy equipment experience is preferred, but not required.Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Developing and maintaining a general knowledge and understanding of LBM Stone and Fabrication’s procedures, quality standards, and safety precautions.-Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for production team.-Assisting production team in preparing consistent and quality product for sale.Full-time positions available. No proof of vaccination required. No experience is necessary. Guaranteed first shift. Overtime hours pay time and a half. Generous benefit packages available for full-time employees!
