Job Description : This position can be Work From Home anywhere or in any office in the United States.

This group provides support services, such as Document Imaging, Data Entry, Administrative Support and Mail. They make sure these behind-the-scenes business activities run smoothly on a daily basis.

Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met.
Position Summary/Mission
Provide a wide range of administrative duties for a manager or managers with regional or national scope.Compiles and analyzes complex data for specialized reports, manages calendar, develops presentation material providing charts and graphs, and coordinate meeting agendas.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements
Same components as Sr. Administrative Assistant and:

Responsible for coordination of meeting agendas and minutes Accountable for follow-up on issues identified in meetings (e.g., staff assignments, etc.)Communicates and/or coordinates manager’s instructions and requests with various individuals and/or departments.
Responsible for follow-upCoordinates Mangers’ outside professional and civic obligationsPrepares specialized reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data and developing recommendations for managerParticipates and/or leads special projects
May be authorized to approve expenditures up to assigned dollar amount

Required Qualifications
3+ years administrative and/or technical support experience.Experience with team support, project management and good presentation PowerPoint skills
Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with strong organizational skills.
