Ops executive is responsible for monitoring more than one station from operations and
compliance point of view in coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders. The
job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer experience in mind and a high
willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying
patterns and ability to scrutinize details and foresee the implications of the data. The job
also requires him to be organized.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of shipment delivery in multiple cities, check and
verify shipment records.
Monitor and coordinate with station/hub to achieve objectivesBe organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the sameEnsure adherence to processes, ensure that all elements of the delivery are
coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely manner
Audit the sites for various operational conformances and normsProvides proactive communications and solutions for issues to the stations/hubs
Skill-set:
Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple sites simultaneouslyProblem solving skillsExcellent communication, presentation and stake holder management skillsAbility to work in both team and individual settingsWell versed with Microsoft office
