At MorningStar, our Executive Directors are servant-leaders who put the needs of others first to help team members develop and perform at their personal best.POSITION OVERVIEW§ Support the department head team in their respective roles by partnering as needed to ensure the overall department runs efficiently and to our brand standards§ Act in the best interest of the community by being a good steward, supporting team members and building morale§ Ensure compliance with company policies pertaining to resident care, human resources, financial control, public relations, maintenance of physical plant, and policies and procedures.§ Working with department heads and supervisors, evaluate the performance of team members, and support the team during the annual performance review processQUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness,Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
5+ years of similar or relatable experience. Experience in a leadership capacity within our industry highly preferred.
Demonstrated competence in leading all functional areas of the community (accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, operations, etc).
College degree in related field preferred.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
