Position : Executive/Personal Assistant to VP of Sales

Job Description : We are looking for a responsible Executive Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner for a female executive, mother of two children. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to VPs work and personal life and communication. Broad range of duties from personal assistance managing home, children, errands, and business matters. Work location will be a private residence in the Scottsdale/Arcadia area.
Responsibilities

Act as house manager for landscaper, repairs, dry cleaner, house keepers, pool cleaner, grocery delivery etc.
Handle requests and queries for personal and business appropriately
Manage meetings and calendar
Assist with travel preparation
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements

Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
College degree from accredited 4 year college
Ability to travel with family from time to time is ideal

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
