Job Description : Our Parts Department is looking to add a Parts Advisor to the team! In this position you will provide excellent customer service to help identify, order, and fulfill automotive parts needs. We are looking for a professional, organized, and accurate parts inventory by maintaining inventories and processing vendor invoices. If you are a great listener, an excellent communicator and are passionate about solving problems, this job is for you!Requirements:· Previous automotive sales and customer service experience. Previous Service Advisor experience a plus.· Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.· Excellent written and oral communication skills.· Previous knowledge about automotive parts and tools a plus!· Basic computer skills.
