Job Description : FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER
Key Job Responsibilities:
Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as neededRepair, maintain/monitor equipment and amenitiesChange of all filters for HVAC as requiredChange light bulbs, interior and exterior, as neededSome on call maintenance for all facilitiesMaintain interior and exterior of properties including groundsPerforms other work related duties as assigned
Reliability a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
