Job Description : Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc is currently looking for a progressive and competent individual for its Fast-Track Management Program to be part of a growing company while being trained by key team members.The objective of this program is to be well-versed within the organization by learning all aspects of the fire protection business.How it Works: At Onyx-Fire there are no “out of the box” thinkers. By the time you have completed the MFT Program, your educational qualifications, ability to think, and our in-house training will have enabled you become a highly skilled management professional, capable of assisting or more likely leading one or more the different divisions within the Onyx-Group, perhaps even managing an entire branch location. Here’s how it works:Stage 1 – Field – This consists of working in the field with our technicians to learn the ‘technical side’ of what is that Onyx-Fire does.Stage 2 – Office – Apply the knowledge from the field, learn and experience different departments – Estimating, Scheduling, Service, Sales and others.Stage 3 – Business – This will consist of high-level knowledge of the entire organizationQualifications and Requirements: To become proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of Onyx-Fire service operations.To complete the hands-on training with field techniciansA Self-motivated, creative and open minded individualAttention to detail and a willingness to follow-through with the task until it’s completeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health careOn-site parkingVision careSchedule:Monday to FridayWork remotely:No
