Position : Field Manager for Cannabis Workforce
Job Description : GreenForce, a rapidly growing company providing Compliant Labor Solutions to the Arizona Recreational Cannabis Market, is looking for a motivated self-starter to work with a diverse team and clientele. The Field Manager will serve as primary support to GreenForce crew and operations team, collaborating with site-specific crews, building stronger team leads, and communicating with clients to ensure delivery of the best possible services. The Field Manager is also an ambassador of the company brand, recruiting new talent and partner leads for additional professional services GreenForce can provide to our clients.
Compensation
$17-$21/hr depending on experience
Duties
Oversees all GreenForce crews and site locations on a week to week basis
Responsible for all ongoing client projects and communicating effectively with clients to forecast projects and future labor needs
Effectively strategize and implement project success for the crew, team leads, and clients
In-field training on GreenForce best practices and industry knowledge
Identify and mentor key employees for future Field Leadership position
Support employees and team leads with ongoing skills and systems training
Quality control on the production floor
Distribution of equipment and supplies in the field
Real time communications regarding crew and client matters to Operations Team
Clearly navigate and report necessary feedback about crew and production numbers to Operations Team
Work with GreenForce clients to assess projects at hand, set and achieve goals for day and week
Will be the liaison between Operations Team, clients and crew
Actively monitor and track production output of both individual teams and projects
Uphold GreenForce standards, guidelines and protocols to ensure the success of professionalism enforcement of production, attendance issues
Ensure teams and sites are properly stocked with needed tools, supplies and safety items
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and ability to drive to remote accounts
Self-starter and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks at hand
3+ years of leadership experience
1+ years of cannabis cultivation experience
Efficiency driven
Thrives in a team environment
Constructive and comprehensive communication skills
Highly organized in scheduling, time management and drive-route planning
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Must have a smartphone with a data plan
Must have a valid Arizona Marijuana Facility Agent Card
