We are looking for a Finance Intern to join Wattpad’s accounting and finance team.

In this role, you will assist across the finance team being involved in AP, AR and Treasury. This internship will be 4 months.
What you’ll be doing:
Coding of vendor invoices in accounts payable system
Entry of bank deposits
Manage employee set-up in expense system
Assist with monthly expense accruals
Assist in preparation of bi-weekly payment runs
Assist in entering and reconciling company credit cards
Assist in the month end closing and reporting
Other ad hoc accounting tasks

Wattpad is conducting all interviews in a distributed manner using applicable third party software where needed and using visual interface tools such as Google Hangouts and Zoom.
