Position : Firm Administrator/Office Manager

Job Description : The legal administrator will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks to facilitate the efficient operation of the law firm. The legal administrator will be responsible for training staff regarding firm procedures and information systems, supervising and counseling support staff, recruiting and assisting in hiring new employees, conducting performance evaluations, understanding, and explaining the firm’s employee compensation and benefit programs to staff and attorneys, and handling discipline and termination of employees.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess superior written and verbal communication skills, and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. An advance understanding of law firm management practices with an ability to organize and prioritize tasks is strongly preferred. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
