We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude and ability to work in a past-paced environment.What we are seeking in YOU: Possess a valid Ontario G class driver’s licence with a clean driving record; driver’s abstract requiredPositive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to drive both, automatic and manual transmissionsMust have automotive industry experienceWillingness to evolve with the position, and as new initiatives present themselvesWhat YOU will be doing: Ensuring accurate and timely written estimates for all repairs and services soldHandle client concerns with understanding, courtesy and tactEnsure high level of customer service in all departments – service, parts, body shop, sales and leasingEnsuring accurate pricing for parts and labourEnsuring accurate processes are followed for customer approvalEnsuring the timely closure of Repair Orders, including ensuring the proper charges and payments have been takenEnsure client vehicles are repaired in a timely manner and repairs are completed right, the firs timeCreate a clear path of communication between Sales and Service; including the transition of potential sales customers from service to the sales managersProper follow up with Customer Service regarding no-shows and cancellationsComplete all designed Occupational Health and Safety training; other training as assignedAssist Fixed Operations ManagerOther duties as assignedCar Nation Canada’s Mission Statement: At Car Nation Canada, our Family of Dealerships provides industry leading automotive sales and service experiences by treating every customer and employee like family.
