Job Description : General AccountabilitiesThe Forecast Analyst is accountable for maintaining forecasting records (as accurate as possible), providing reports and demand analysis in alignment with Mevotech’s & Customer business needs using our databases and tools in our established forecasting process.Specific AccountabilitiesReview and provide forecast updates in Min/Max & Pronto at SKU level using tools available in forecasting process.Providing an initial forecast for new products released to production.Run Forecasting Models each month and identify unexpected demand to adjust forecast as necessary.Measure and Keep Track of Mevotech’s Forecast AccuracyUpdate/Develop Forecasting Tableau Dashboards (Accuracy, POS) and support with data for presentation to management.Analysis and updates of POP Codes at Ref and FG level.Qualifications / Educational RequirementsPost-secondary degree with specialization in engineering, information technology, statistics or other relevant area.Progressive experience in reporting, data collection and analysis.Ability to work and summarize large amounts of data to help identify demand trends.Excellent Excel Skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s experience a must)Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to effectively handle challenges.Familiarity with Mevotech’s brands, BOM and bulk requirements.Collaborative team member with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with cross functional department peers.
