Position Details
In this role, you will be working on things like:
Synthesizing large amounts of data, identify key trends, and present the results in a logical concise manner while effectively communicating results and recommendations to stakeholdersLiaise with internal and external customers to support the growth and change of the company where required and implement best practices so to gain efficiencies and alignment amongst departments.In depth analysis of Contact Centre/Network performance with associated recommendationsLong-term Capacity planningUse the Scheduling software to generate each schedule, using the provided forecast data, outsourcer staffing data, and any scheduling exceptions to be consideredPeriodically evaluate the scheduling processes and propose improvements or changes to keep the process efficient and accurate.Lead new business rollouts and implementation as they relate to Forecasting or scheduling enhancementsScenario planning, what if analysisComplete understanding of Line of Business initiatives that may the Forecast, Schedules and department KPIs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Post secondary degree or diploma3-5 year’s working experience in a related role, preferably using Aspect (Alvaria) and eWorkforce ManagementWorking knowledge of Avaya telephony systems and reportingStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsException interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment
