The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, provides financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of the management team at Crocs. This individual will assist the Senior Manager of Global FP&A with forecasting, reporting and analytics during the monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reporting and analysis for management review
Partner with business leaders to forecast and analyze operating expenses
Manage capital expenditure forecasting and reporting
Partner with leadership to generate business cases for capital projects
Review monthly spend in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year
Generate/build ad hoc reports and analyses
Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecast to improve process efficiencies
Update forecasts with inputs from management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
3+ years of related work experience
Self-motivated and has an appetite for learn
Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis skills
Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI
Solid understanding of GAAP
Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis and projections
Ability to meet fast paced deadlines when needed
Coachable and independent
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
