Fractional Bookkeeper Responsibilities Include:
– Process monthly payroll – review and confirm time sheets
– Process monthly invoices – enter and update payable spread sheet, use Bill.com

Process monthly 1099’s
Troubleshooting contractor issues
New contractor on/off boarding
Month-end financial statements

Ideal Skills and Experience for Qualified Fractional Bookkeeper Applicants:

3+ years experience in full-charge bookkeeping
Knowledge of debits and credits
Comfortable with 1099’s
Experience using Quickbooks and Bill.com
A desire to learn and be detail oriented
Professional and dependable communication

Flexible, part-time work hours, Monday-Friday
