Job Description : The Tavern Hotel is looking for a profession individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.Someone who will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk operations running smoothly through your shift.
Responsibilities:
~Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations~Respond to guest complaints and requests~Property walks and beautification~Assist with laundry~Help prepare for next days arrivals
Skills:
~Proven experience in HospitalityIndustry~Experience with facilities management software~An eye for detail~Good problem-solving skills~Strong customer service skills~The ability to multitask~Strong written and verbal communication skills~Availability to work morning, evening and overnight shifts

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
