Job Description : Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent

Check guests in and out of their rooms
Answer any questions guests have
Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
Store any luggage guests have
Answer the phone and direct the call
Take reservations on the phone
Arrange transportation for guests
Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and outt
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Amazing interpersonal abilities
Top-of-the-line organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Amazing time management skills
Previous hotel experience preferred with Opera PMS knowledge a plus
Incredibly detail oriented
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
