Job Description : Front Desk Guest Services Agent / Quality AssuranceJunipine Resort in beautiful Oak Creek Canyon has an opening for a full-time position.

The Role: The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and registers guests to the hotel explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Responds, handles and resolves a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches. As Quality Assurance you will be responsible for the daily inspection of guest creekhomes. This includes ensuring houses are cleaned throughly, kitchen items and amenities are fully stocked, you are replacing missing items, informing maintenance of any repairs needed, reporting to management any items due for reorder, as well as keeping an inventory of housekeeping supplies. This position requires great attention to detail and we are looking for someone who will provide our guests with the best experience possible.
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Rotating schedule of AM / PM shifts

Ideally, we would like a person who has experience in hospitality.
Proficiency in a PMS system or computer skills is a plus.
