Position : Front Desk Assistant Manager

Job Description : Seeking Assistant Front Desk Manager for multi-disciplinary medical offices. Our offices provide chiropractic, physical therapy, pain management, massage and acupuncture. Looking for a team player to assist in the growth of our company. Two years management experience is preferred. Reliable transportation is a must, there will be traveling between locations.
Duties include:
-Responsible for day-to-day organization and administrative support for Front Desk staff
-Serve as a liaison between all Front Desk staff and other departments
-Oversee office protocols and procedures are being followed by Front Desk Staff
-Provide clerical support to Front Desk staff and patients such as answer telephones, filing, data entry, greet patients
-Handle customer and Front Desk employee issues/complaints
-Assist in training new hires
-Recognize office issues if they arise
-Maintain HIPPA compliance in the clinic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
