Job Description : Front desk executive assistant coordinator/chiropractic medical assistant, physical therapy aide, or other in health field to assist doctor in busy chiropractic, acupuncture, physical medicine modalities, rehab clinic. Will consider applicants with other job experience in other fields with similar skill set. An upbeat, exciting position for the right person with excellent income potential.
Job requirements:
Outstanding phone skills. Upbeat dynamic phone personality with excellent motivational phone skills essential.
Must have strong capacity to help build and maintain high level patient volume. This clinic has strong emphasis treating auto and personal injury patients.
Experience working with patients/clients in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer and technical skills required. Must have fast, efficient typing skills.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Will also assist doctor with medical reports for attorneys and other organizations. Also assist doctor with prepping insurance claims for remote biller.
Must be able to work independently, quickly and efficiently.
Reliable.
Excellent professional presentation required.
M-F. Approximately 33-36 hours/week. Pay $15-18.00/hour depending on experience and capacity, plus very generous bonuses. Income potential including bonuses can be $21-23/hour. Motivated applicants also welcome to visit clinic and bring resume. 928-248-5557
