Job Description : All Kids Dental is seeking a full-time positive, friendly, and professional Front Desk Patient Concierge to join our team. A customer-oriented approach is essential as you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients to a busy office, checking patients in, handling patients’ requests, and acting as a concierge. The ideal candidate will be a fun energetic person who will engage with our patients in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner.
Office Staff Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Interacting directly and indirectly with other staff and the doctorsInteracting with patients and parentsAnswering phones, greeting parents and patientsScheduling and confirming appointmentsEntering patient information into dental softwareComplying with OSHA & HIPAA regulationsVarious other office duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
