We wanna hear about YOU!Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Answer multi-line phone callsCoordinate patient, physician and practitioner schedulesFile incoming & outgoing medical recordsCheck in patientsProcess patient paymentsMake patient appointment reminder callsFax documents & prescriptionsField patient questions and filter them to appropriate staff member, including yourselfTake monthly inventory of office supplies and place orders within budget guidelinesLight cleaning of clinicProvide patients with compassionate support and guidanceRequired Skills:High school diploma/GED required1+ years’ office experienceAbility to multi-task and answer phone calls in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importanceExcellent communication and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with Mac OSPreferred Applicants:Team focusedStrives to provide excellent customer service.
