Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to join our team! We are a low-cost Spay/Neuter and vaccination clinic in a Glendale. We do not see sick or injured pets at our clinic, thus, there is no euthanasia. There are lots of puppies! It’s very busy and fast-paced. We are moving into our brand new, beautiful clinic by May 1st.
Our ideal team member has a background in veterinary customer service, excellent computer and phone skills, and has an outgoing personality.
Job Duties:
Answering a multi-line telephone.
Scheduling appointments for spay/neuters.
Checking-out surgery patients/clients at the end of the day.
Collecting payment and preparing deposits.
Vaccine clinic: check-in and check-out.
Maintaining a clean lobby.
The shift is Monday – Friday 10:30am to 6:30pm.
Job Requirements:
Must be bilingual: English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and non-verbal.
Must have excellent attendance and reliability.
Must have a clean, professional appearance.
Veterinary experience is preferred.
Pre-employment background check will be done.
Compensation depends on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
