Job Description : Our Director of First Impressions/ Public Relations Officer position is an entry level position with great opportunity for growth and advancement for the right person.Provides support to our agents and leadership team.First source of contact for our office.Oversees the office technology and communication systems.Oversees and coordinate all events.Acts as a liaison between agents and the leadership team.Responsible for all front office daily duties including, answering and directing phone calls, faxes and mail.Responsible for cleaning the office & conference rooms.Assist office manager with tasks and reporting.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Kalispell, MT 59901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
