If you value working with a hard-working and innovative team, improving lives, joining the fastest growing and most unique industry in the world, then we’d like to learn more about you.Position SummaryThe Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for fulfilling wholesale orders as well as delivery logistics. This will include close collaboration with Sales and Processing teams, data entry related to sales, manifesting, trip planning, driving and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be organized, pay close attention-to-detail, be a strong communicator, flexible, solution-oriented and ensure compliance at all times. Strong computer skills are a must and being Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled & delivered on time.

Create manifests, invoices, trip plans, dispatch and communicate with customers.
Lead fulfillment & delivery team as well as assist with driving.
Collaborate closely with the Inventory, Sales & Processing Departments and help bridge production and sales targets.
Understand Processing throughput and be able to communicate critical information about products and timelines.
Create and/or implement systems for Fulfillment & document all Procedures, Instructions, Forms, Logs, etc.
Manage sales and delivery data in Compliance, Sales, and Internal company systems.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in all activities under your supervision.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

1+ Years of management in fulfillment, logistics or an equivalent role.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
Able to pass all background checks and mandated and fingerprints clearance.

Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change). The employee may be asked to work weekends or overtime as needed.
TravelMinimum travel to Phoenix office, Industry Events, and/or customer sites 5%.
