The role…
We are seeking a personable, self-driven, task-oriented individual to join Jot as a Fulfillment Specialist (Weekend Shift – Part Time) at our Boulder, CO facility. You will be tasked with accurately picking, packing and fulfilling orders. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working with the Fulfillment Lead, you will strive to exceed team KPI’s while processing orders with the utmost care for every customer. Customer experience is integral to coffee – we have a unique opportunity to establish a completely new standard for how you purchase, prepare and enjoy your daily brew.
What you’ll do…
Picking and packaging orders accurately and efficiently
Inspecting all products and packages to meet quality standards
Ensure a clean and safe work environment through 5s standards
Uphold Jot’s mission and core values
Be a part of a highly productive team while creating a fun work environment (Work hard, play hard)
What you’ll need…
Previous warehouse experience desired but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
High school diploma/GED
“Can Do” Attitude
Naturally motivated by challenging goals
Good Communication
Ability to work on the weekends (Part Time 17- 20 hours)
