Position : Full Charge Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator
Job Description : Well known tax/CPA firm in the Flathead Valley is seeking a FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR.

This is not a job, it’s a long term career opportunity for an accounting professional with experience in the following areas:
accounts receivable
accounts payable
depreciation
1099’s
payroll
quarterly & year-end payroll reporting
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience
candidate must be bondable
excellent computer skills
working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday, 8 am. – 5 pm. Some Saturdays may be required during tax season.
Wage is DOE, ranges from $22-$27 per hour.
