Position : Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description : CSR – Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a customer service representative for Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. We are looking for someone that is able to effectively communicate with customers to obtain the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Telephone communications and booking garage door repair service appointmentsInputting and tracking bookings in our software.Assisting dispatchers when required.Prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/paymentsParticipate in administrative tasksQualifications: Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and informationExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated pleasant, friendly and professional mannerOrganizational ability and attention to detailAbility to take ownership of problems with a positive attitudeAbility to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customersAbility to work in a team environment to achieve common goalsSupport & Training: As a member of our team, you’ll work with commercial, residential, and industrial customers that challenge and reward you.
