Our flagship online coaching program, Product Launch Formula® (PLF), is widely considered the gold standard for how to launch products, services, and even entire brands online with huge momentum and great success. Our PLF owners have generated over $1 billion in sales by applying what Jeff teaches in this program.

We’re on the lookout for an awesome coach with proven experience to join our team of coaching superstars and mentor our amazing PLF Owners. You’d be working with them on a daily basis to help them grow their business and expand their reach.

Role responsibilities

Coach our amazing clients through our Product Launch Formula program (one-on-one, in small groups, and in our program forums) with the aim of helping them execute their first (or next) big launch and build their long-term business success. Sometimes this coaching will be strategic; other times you’ll be there to support them in breaking through their mental blocks to success.
Contribute to the planning, documentation, execution, and client experience of multiple in-person and virtual events each year (including creating slides and using webinars and video conferencing technology).
Provide face-to-face coaching and sales support at our live events, and effectively enroll new owners into our high-end and outcome-focused coaching program.
Prepare and give an effective talk to our audience on a specific area of online marketing of which you are uniquely qualified to speak on.
Drive your own learning, and learn quickly. Once you’re fully up to speed (2-3 months), you’ll be responsible for your own group of 50-75 clients. That’s a significant effort, so be sure you’re ready to commit.
Provide daily support to our owners with written coaching feedback in our member forums.
Work cross-functionally with the team to create and execute various internal projects.

Requirements

The perfect candidate for this position will have the following credentials:

You’re familiar with Jeff Walker and the Product Launch Formula (PLF) methodology. Ideally, you have experience using PLF launches successfully to grow your business or that of another business owner.
You have a solid understanding of online marketing principles – including paid traffic, social media marketing, and copywriting. You may have also created your own programs that you’ve sold online.
You have 2-3 years of experience coaching clients. You’ve built a successful client base, with experience in enrollment and renewals. Bonus points if you’ve completed a coaching program (certification not required).
You have strong communication skills and attention to detail – you listen and respond to your fellow team members and our program owners with a high level of emotional intelligence. You are able to provide feedback (written and verbal) in a virtual space. You’re able to share ideas and strategies for how to improve performance – all while laughing and enjoying life along the way.
You’re comfortable having enrollment conversations with prospects virtually and in-person at our live events. We don’t do hard sales, but we do have an amazing suite of programs that have helped a lot of people, so you’ll need to be able to talk about them with people they may be a fit for.
You have a consistently strong work ethic and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve results, especially during mission-critical times of the year. During launches and events, you need to be 100 percent present for Internet Alchemy, Inc..
You have creative problem-solving skills. We tackle new challenges each year as the online marketing landscape shifts (often quickly), so we want someone who can think ahead to spot opportunities and trends.
You’re familiar with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar), Asana, and Zoom. If you don’t know how to use a particular tool, you’re capable of learning the ropes quickly.
You’re willing to work many of your typical work hours during 9a-5p Eastern Time zone, plus additional hours during launches and events.
You’re comfortable working in a virtual environment (our team is 100% virtual).
You’re able to maintain an uninterrupted internet connection. (You may be asked to upgrade your existing service or switch providers to meet the job requirements.) Above all…
