Enrollment Managers are responsible for the effective leadership and management of a team of enrollment counselors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages a team of assigned employees and holds them accountable to achievement of individual and department level goals and key performance indicators including but not limited to; lead to student conversion rates, student show rates, activity based metrics and new student term starts.
Responsible for the operational effectiveness and success of the department through development, enhancement, and execution of:
o Appropriate metrics, reporting, and work distribution
o Student communication and conversation strategy
o Consistent and compliant processes and procedures producing quality experience for students

As an enrollment Subject Matter Expert, serve as an escalation point for the team in order to provide high level support to resolve student issues.
Provide enrollment team accurate and timely advice and guidance to ensure all activities and duties performed are in compliance with university policies and procedures, Federal, State, and Local regulations, and Department of Education policies, related to the recruitment of students.
Encourage, empower and drive continuous improvement of the enrollment processes with emphasis on quality and the student experience.
Monitor, manage, measure and maintain quality and consistency in the delivery or enrollment services including but not limited to: contacting students, phone screen, interview, enrollment, orientations, and persistence.

People Leadership

Positive contributor to the CSU Global culture and core values through demonstrated behaviors.
Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, evaluation, goal setting, performance management, corrective action, coaching, and mentoring.
Ensure service delivery by demonstrating effective time management and resource allocation including staff coverage.

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Participate in university committees, task-forces, and responsible for collaborating with other departments to support resolution of student and process issues.
Supports strategic innovation within the department to support high level strategic plan initiatives and university goals.
Build presentations and present to team, peers and other stakeholders as needed.
Member of University’s Leadership Team.
Collaborate with team on solutions to workforce challenges.
Maintain the highest level of ethical standard and confidentiality in the execution of all duties performed.
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Complies with all company policies and procedures.
Remains current in profession and industry trends.
Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by:
Making suggestions for improvement
Learning new skills, procedures and processes.
Is available for other duties as required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Read and interpret documents such as policies, business documents, admissions documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Write routine reports and business correspondence.

Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.

REASONING ABILITY

Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Identify complex problems by reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience providing positive motivation, high energy, and a tenacity to achieve goals in a service-based sales organization.
Demonstrated experience using data collection and analysis to monitor and improve operational performance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervise the assigned professionals in the enrollment team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Less than 10% domestic travel.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university. Master’s Degree from accredited university preferred.
4+ years’ experience within higher education enrollment.
2+ years of demonstrated management experience leading higher education enrollment teams.

Internal CSU Global applicants must also have:

Demonstrated consistent success in current role for at least 12 months.
Cannot be on any form of corrective action.
Must be meeting or exceeding current performance expectations within their role.

CSU Global employees are state employees and have access to the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP) resources. Discounted pet insurance is also available.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
