Job Description : Durham Escape Rooms, Durham’s Regions Premium Escape Experience, is looking for part-time Game Masters that will add to our ever-growing team.What does it take to be a Game Master?Excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skillsMemory recall and attention to detailAbility to work well within a team environmentCapable of working in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiasticDuties & Responsibilities:Greet guests in an enthusiastic and professional manner, make reservations, settle payment, rules and introductions for rooms, resetting rooms, clean up and general maintenance, etc.Must haves:Customer service experienceComfortable speaking publiclyWork in a fast paced environmentAbility to bend frequently throughout shiftLift up to 25 lbsHours of operation include, but are not limited to:Monday – Friday 5pm – 11pmSaturdays: 11am – 11pmSundays: 11pm – 9pmDaytime Shifts available on Holidays like March Break, over the summer and the week between Christmas and New Year.*Hours are adjusted for summer months.**Open most Statutory Holidays.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 5-15 per weekSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourSchedule:Every WeekendHolidaysMonday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Fully masked at all times until further notice, full sanitization of all common areas regularly, full sanitization in each game after game play.Experience:Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
