Job Description : Bahnmiller Family Farms is looking for a full-time addition to their team. Our company culture is one that values teamwork, people, and work ethic. Responsibilities and Duties
Team Player, interacting well with others of various age groups.
Operating a sprayer, includes mixing tank mixes correctly, as asked.
Harvest, operating combine, and/or grain cart.
Mechanical ability. We service all our own equipment. Times that are slow in the field means we are completing projects and getting equipment ready for the next operation.
We take great pride in our equipment, maintain it well and expect it to be treated as such.
Day to day general farm duties and maintenance
Grain Hauling, including loading trucks, and cleaning out bins.
Operate all machinery in a safe and careful manner, keeping things clean and in working condition.
Work in a clean and tidy manner.
Individuals don’t need to know everything, but must want to show interest to learn.
Positive attitude and graciousness with colleagues.
This cannot be overstated enough. We try to have fun every day, no matter the situation.

Working Hours
Must be able to drive to work everyday.
Work starts at 7am, and typically quit at 5pm outside of busy seasons. 30 minute lunch is included.
Must be fine with working long days, and weekends if necessary.
Busy season can be around 16-18 hours/day.
Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong Communications skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Drivers license and clean driving record.
CDL an asset but not required.
Previous farm work related history is required.
Preferably a non-smoker.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Demonstrate the ability to carry out directions and tasks diligently working alone and with others.
Ability to learn, take instructions, problem solve and pay strong attention to detail.
Mechanically inclined.
Experience operating farm machinery.
Demonstrate a good work ethic.
Reliable and self-motivated.
