Key Responsibilities

Must possess the ability to sweep and shovel sawdust and wood shavings into cleanup hoppers
Must be able to climb ladders to elevated work areas and to work in enclosed areas
Must be able to continually stand/walk on concrete and/or other hard surfaces
Must have excellent attendance
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work either an 8-hour or 10-hour day, Monday through Friday
Must be able to work extra hours when needed, including weekends
Excellent safety performance and attendance are key requirements
Must be able to read, understand, and follow all safety rules and policies
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Must be able to work at elevated levels in confined spaces
Must be able to read and understand a tape measure and perform basic math skills
