Job Description : Opening General Manager Position at Montana Power Products:· Duties include but not limited to:· oversee the daily business operation, maintain/improve/enforce set processes and procedures while delegating responsibilities to the best employees, maintain and improve performance and productivity of staff, seek out growth opportunities, ensure that quality customer service is being offered to customers by establishing and enforcing company standards, maintain and improve store’s CSI scores, assist staff and customers when needed, train employees and assist in the hiring of new employees, resolve any internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.Must:· Be at least 18 years old· have previous powersports general manager experience/or equivalent general manager experience· Have a valid driver’s license· Pass a background check· Have the ability to work well with others· Benefits:· We provide a family owned atmosphere for our staff.· If you are a Motorsports enthusiast, this is the job for you.· Work schedules are flexible· Paid vacation available· Retirement plan available· Employee discounts· Closed on Sundays and most holidays· Additional Job Details:· Job is full-time· Pay depends on experience.
