Position Summary
This role will be based out of our Global head office in Toronto, but may be fully remote.
As the Organizational Development intern, you will act as a partner to support the day-to-day operations of the Global Organizational Development Team. This team plays an important role in the creation of global initiatives around talent and people management.
As the Organizational Development intern, you will have the opportunity to work within several areas of focus: Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Leadership Development.
This position will be a full time 4 month contract from May-August 2022. Applicants must either be returning to school after the work term or recently graduated from an applicable university or college program.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of decks (such as PowerPoint presentations) and materials for Leadership Council meetingsAssist with compiling and tracking DEI metricsCreate the DEI knowledge repository including toolkits and resources to increase cultural awarenessUpdate and maintain content on DEI web pageAssist with coordination of events and global initiatives as neededProvide support with digital content curation (i.e. DEI, onboarding, wellbeing pathwaysAssist with other program design, branding and content development (i.e. Sponsorship Program)Assist with the broader Organizational Development team with ongoing initiatives and researchDemonstrate appropriate HR skills and knowledge to provide value add support to the team
Qualifications
Enrolled in a Human Resources program at either the university (3rd or 4th year preferred) or college levelRecently graduated from a post graduate Human Resources program
