Job Description : Golf Course Beverage Cart / Server

Cherry Hills Country Club was founded in 1922, has hosted 13 major golf championships and has long been one of the country’s most prestigious clubs. In addition to premier playing conditions for golf, the Club is proud of its high-end Aquatics and Racquet facilities and its dedication to providing exceptional service to all members and guests.

We are currently hiring servers to provide food and beverage service throughout the golf course (including beverage cart, Halfway House Cafe etc.) Servers will be needed throughout the golf season (through November pending weather). Ideal candidates will be high-energy, enthusiastic, dedicated individuals with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team. These individuals will provide professional food & beverage service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness standards and levels of service and hospitality that are extended throughout the entire country club.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Serve the membership in an upscale Club and golf course environment.
Take orders, prepare food, and serve drinks to the membership.
Operate point-of-sale system.
Maintain cleanliness of Halfway House kitchen and other outlets
Responsible for opening/closing area of responsibility
Requisition supplies from the clubhouses kitchen and storerooms while ensuring proper transfer and storage.

Compensation: This position is offered at $16-18 per hour, depending on experience (Cherry Hills is a non-tipping Club) with potential to earn seasonal, discretionary, bonuses. Additional benefits include worked-holiday pay, scholarship opportunities for those meeting eligibility, free coworker meals, and golf privileges.
