We are currently looking for Head of People to join us.
This role has six areas of focus:

Talent Management – Ensures high levels of engagement and satisfaction surrounding employees, their work, and their career growth across the business. Actively defines the programmatic elements that enable career planning and champions our culture of feedback. Oversees the mentor program.
Training – Facilitates knowledge sharing across the company by defining the platforms, processes, and content that is most impactful in creating the most highly functioning, leading-edge team of brand and experience consultants in the industry. Oversees the onboarding and Monigle University programs.
Recruitment – Builds the Monigle brand in the industry and beyond through the recruitment of the absolute best talent available across the diverse roles within Monigle. Defines best-in-class experience for potential employees and ensures that we deliver on it across every aspect of the recruitment experience, regardless of discipline.
Culture and Employee Experience – Understands the unique needs of individuals, teams, departments, and the company overall in order to define and deliver the events, activities, and content that builds our culture of curiosity, passion, and fun. Focuses on amplifying strengths and addressing gaps across any and all aspects of the employee journey. Oversees the Inclusion and Diversity Council.
People Operations – Cultivates an understanding of what it takes for our people to be successful and actively collaborates with Finance and Operations to define talent gaps, address operational needs, and support employees as they grow into their roles and growing responsibilities. This aspect is all about how we leverage the best of our people to operate with greater impact and efficiency.
Strategic Benefits – Leverages past experience in HR and benefits management to define the best opportunities to provide leading benefits to Monigle employees across locations. Informed by industry best practices and with an orientation to approaching benefits in ever more distinct ways, this person serves as the strategy lead for how we define and deliver benefits to the workforce.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

15+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience working in a fast paced environment
Work within an agency environment and/or professional services/consulting environment, ideally one focused on brand and experience
Has led a team of people in an HR-related area of focus
Helped an organization to transform relative to processes, systems, tools, and/or culture

Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 (Denver, Colorado area)

Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience – reach out to us to learn more.
