Job Description : We are a fast growing petroleum construction company with offices in Toronto and Ottawa.We are looking for a Health and Safety Officer to manage our Toronto, Hamilton and Ottawa operations. Moderate travel would be required throughout Ontario and would be fully compensated.Responsibilities: 1) Managing staff safety certificates.2) Managing our customer safety requirements.3) Managing our COR safety program.4) Training new staff5) Conduct safety audits and take part in developing safety plans.6) Safety policy program development7) Other duties as assigned.A background in construction HSE is an asset.Experience rolling out and managing a COR program is a must.A valid G drivers license with a clean abstract is required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $80,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Overtime payBenefits:Dental careExtended health carePaid time offVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:HSE: 3 years (required)COR program rollout/managing: 1 year (required)Willingness to travel:25% (preferred)
