Job Description : Required Qualifications:
Experience in operating heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, track hoes, and skid loaders.
Experience forming and finishing all types of concrete.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Reliability including valid license and own transportation.
Will train the right candidate – a highly-motivated, quick-learning, reliable individual who wants to learn, shows pride in his work, and can grow into the position.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, track hoes, skid loaders, compactors, etc.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and greasing.
In addition to heavy equipment operation, some hours will be required in general concrete work, including form setting and finishing all types of concrete – footings, foundations, walls, etc.
The potential to grow in the position to also serve as a jobsite Foreman is highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Heavy Equipment Operators: 1 year (Preferred)
Concrete: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple Locations
